Securing Your Child's Space
Deposit & Enrollment
A one-month tuition deposit is required to secure your child's enrollment.
The deposit is applied toward your child's final month of care, provided the required 45-day written notice of withdrawal is given.
Deposits are not refundable when the required notice is not provided.
Payment Methods
Families may pay tuition using the approved payment methods provided during enrollment.
Payment options may include:
• Zelle
• Venmo
• BrightWheel
Families are responsible for ensuring payments are made according to their established tuition schedule.
Program Schedule
Monday–Friday
7:30 AM–5:30 PM
Children attend according to the days selected in their enrollment agreement.
Our daily routine includes age-appropriate learning experiences, free play, meals and snacks, outdoor play, music and movement, rest/nap time, sensory activities, and opportunities for social-emotional development.

Enrollment & Waitlist Requirements
Requirements for Enrollment
• Completed enrollment/application forms
• Required registration/enrollment fee, if applicable
• One-month tuition deposit to secure the space
• Signed tuition and enrollment agreement
• Current medical and immunization records
• Emergency contact and authorized pick-up information
• Completed OCFS-required childcare forms and permissions
• Any additional documentation required before the child's first day
• A child's space is not considered secured until all required enrollment fees and deposits have been received.
• The one-month tuition deposit is held and applied to the child's final month of care, provided the family gives the required 45-day written notice of withdrawal.
Waitlist
When there is no immediate availability, families may request to be added to the TMK waitlist.
Families should provide:
• Parent/guardian name and contact • information
• Child's name
• Child's date of birth or expected due date
• Desired start date
• Number of days of care needed
• Preferred weekly schedule
Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee enrollment or a specific start date. Openings are offered based on available licensed space, the child's age group, scheduling needs, and the needs of the program.
When an appropriate opening becomes available, TMK will contact the family to determine whether care is still needed. Families will be given a designated timeframe to accept the space and complete the enrollment requirements.
If the required deposit, fees, or paperwork are not submitted within the timeframe provided, the space may be offered to another family on the waitlist.
